The FEF-AI4SD Paris Conference officially opened with a welcome reception, bringing together researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders from Ghana, France, and beyond. Dr. Daniel Adjei, FEF-AI4SD Project Lead at the Institut de Chimie Physique (ICP)/CNRS, Université Paris-Saclay, welcomed participants. H.E. Mavis Ama Frimpong, Ghana's Ambassador to France, reaffirmed Ghana–France collaboration. Prof. Jerry John Kponyo, Project Lead at KNUST and Principal Investigator of the Responsible AI Lab (RAIL), and Prof. Francis Hasford, Deputy Director General of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC) and FEF-AI4SD Project Lead, emphasized strengthening research partnerships and advancing responsible AI for sustainable development.
